I've been trying to find out information on my computer that has been in your possession getting fixed for the last month with no success. Your company seems to make it nearly impossible to get in touch with someone that actually has answers. That problem is compounded if the computer is out of warranty. I have a simple request. Give me information on the repair, estimated completion, return of my computer   other than the generic e-mail that was sent to me a month ago with links that lead me to your website that makes it impossible to contact you. I do not think it is unreasonable to keep the customer informed with the repair of his/her property. I would appreciate a response, but considering my past experiences I willnot hold my breath.
