I suggest Dell have a laptop model with interchangeable keyboards. For instance, one keyboard has an numeric keypad and a swap-out keyboard does not. Not every customer wants a numeric keypad. I realize Dell would probably have to do away with the ribbon cable that attaches their keyboards to the motherboard. I bet Dell could invent this option, if not, maybe another brand would consider it.
