Returning Customer getting poor service

I was on the Dell Ireland site and logged onto my Dell account when I spotted a good deal on a Windows 7 clearance deal for a Inspiron 15R for my daughter. So I added dusty pink snap on cover and saved it into my basket in Euros to purchase it later that day when I got more time. So when I logged on to my account later on and went to my basket and proceeded to the checkout only to have the site change to the UK checkout site and change the currency to Stirling which adds a large chunk onto the price, up'n it by way over €100 from the original price from earlier that day which was in Euros. So I contacted Dell chat and went through all the details and sent links to my basket and print screens in order to show the original price only to be told that the price is wrong or it may have gone up during the day to which I replied that I had it in my basket so I should be able to buy it at the price I had saved it at but just got an apology and a straight NO. Poor service for a third time returning customer (XPS17, 15R),

I never had any problems with Dell before but I'm really unhappy with this kind of service. I can still see the laptop at the original price in my Basket but it will not checkout, Maybe Dell doesn't need the business any more, or maybe its just Irish customers as the Dell coupons they emailed me don't work either on the Irish site only on the UK site, so no discount and not honouring the prices they have allowed me to save into my Basket (What's the point of allowing me to save My Basket), Really disappointed in a company that I have defended more times than I care to remember.

I have seen the light, SONY is the way to go and that's where I went. There must be nobody within the DELL Corporation that see's or cares what is said here or how their company is perceived (I have never seen as many customer complaints or problems) but if it keeps going the way it has been with unanswered emails and poor customer service they will be concerned because there will be no Dell and there are plenty people that are willing to supply quality products with good customer service, you have lost my custom and anybody that I can influence and I'm sure there are plenty on here that feel the same.
