Wrongful Charges

I made a online purchase with you(dell) on 1st June 2020.

I opted for the text notification option so that I could get updates and not have to login again and again to check the  status of my order. I don't get a single message. So I am assuming that Dell uses some dummy options just to give an false superior impression to their customers.

Then, I get a mail on 3rd of June stating that my laptop is now in production. On the 5th of June I get another mail stating that my laptop has been shipped and another mail that has an invoice attached. The mail reads that I can expect my laptop to be delivered anytime between 6th and 9th of June.

I was not provided any tracking number nor was there any text message which could help me track my laptop. You guys market yourself as the best but when it comes to customer support, I can see that there are many issues with your team, especially the one in India. I am not sure if that is Dell's culture to consider the purchasers as customers than clients not bother to keep us buyers updated about the status of our purchase.

Now back to the problem. I have been told by one of your team members that my product which originally was to be delivered today will be coming on 11th June and that it is in transit.

So when I was checking my invoice today again, I clearly see that you have charged me for Express Delivery and that too by Air. my order has been picked up yesterday, 8th June and for the amount you are charging me for delivery, It should have been delivered by today E.O.D, where as it is coming on 11th June.

I was searching for someone to reach out to someone specifically at Dell who I can talk to but now it seems like you have a system that is faulty with a lot of escapism going around among your team members and also that this kind of poor service to individual buyers is normal.

Since you are charging me for something that you are not delivering, I feel you are overcharging me and under delivering. I would like to be refunded for the delivery charges which you have failed me at.

You should be able to find out the required information with my Dell

    Hi,

I've checked your message and can understand your concern. This is not something we would want our customers to go through. I want to check this for you. I request you to private message us the name of the registered owner and email ID so that I can review this for you.

    Regards,

    Pamyaphi
