My Inspiron 3252 desktop is giving me an error that the power adapter I have does not meet the 65W requirement and that I needed to contact Dell and use a 65 W adapter, otherwise the performance will be adjusted then it immediately shuts down. The problem is that it IS a 65 W power adapter. I need to get on this computer as it has things stored from my son‘s father, who recently passed away. We’re desperate to get onto my old computer. He has music on there that he’s sang that we’re trying to recover
