I installed an internal hard drive into my my Dell Inspiron Laptop by removing the back of the laptop. However after doing this my external hard drive (connected by USB) no longer shows in "this PC". I removed the internal  hard drive. But still the external hard drive (USB Connection) still does not not show. I do not want to loose everything I have saved on my external hard drive I have tried a Windows 10 in-place upgrade but still my external hard drive does not show
