Hello, my monitor is a Dell E1909WC, PC running Windows 10. Every time if I shut down my PC then power back on, the Nvidia desktop color settings reset every time. If I click to change again to the Nvidia settings it doesn't work and I need every time reset my PC. Please help, thanks.

    I have never heard of a monitor changing a video card color settings?

    * What specific PC model?
    * What operating system?
    * What specific Nvidia video card?
    * How is the E1909W connecting to the Nvidia video card?

    The 12 year old E1909W was only tested/validated by Dell with Windows Vista/7. So there are no dedicated Windows 10 drivers. Windows 10 will install its embedded monitor INF driver. But this sounds more like an Nvidia driver issue. You should reinstall the latest Windows 10 Nvidia driver for that Lenovo ThinkStation E20 4222. You should also post the issue on the Lenovo Forum to get their advice.
