Windows 10 not displaying full screen

I have the dreaded black strips on either side of the monitor and the video doesn't look all that great and crisp!  This is a clean install of windows 10 Pro 22H2 and all the important drivers installed, though I am missing a few that I think are not that important.  Here are the basic deets via Speccy.  I've looked at some fixes online but they are all the stuff I'd already checked in the Display Settings.  The only thing I did not do is install the Dell Intel Graphics Driver because the Windows one was newer.  I suppose that is what I should do, but wanted to get some input first.  I'm using VGA now, so my next move would be to try HDMI.  Though I would have to use another monitor that will not be permanent, there is no HDMI on this monitor.  I've seen something similar on this monitor but usually the Top and Bottom, so maybe it is the age of the monitor.
