Active Pen: PM350M

Laptop: Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1

During classes I will be using the pen to take notes on my laptop, however at seemingly random moments the pen will start detecting that it is touching the screen and write even though it is very clearly not touching. It is unclear as to what the cause of this is. Restarting my laptop doesn't fix it. I eventually usually give up on trying to use the pen until a while later when it miraculously works again until the next time it starts detecting to far away. For what its worth I am usually experiencing this while using Onenote.
