Camera is blurry

Can someone help me fix the issue? My camera is so blurry. I tried so many ways with hard drive   But it didn't work out. I ended up running the hardware test on webcam and the result came out showing the failure with integrated webcam.

    Hi Patrick! Do you still have an active warranty on your system?

    This issue just happened to me. I have a Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1. My webcam was working fine, and then suddenly it went blurry. It is blurry no matter which apps i'm using. I've tried updating all my drivers, including the camera drivers. I've restarted my computer multiple times. I've also cleaned the front of the lens. Nothing works :(. This is really impacting my ability to work so I would appreciate some help, thank you!

    I have the exact same problem with the 5290 2 in 1.  Anyone know of a solution?  Seems to be tied to a bios or Windows 10 update.  Driver is updated.  Help!

    This may not apply but, my camera was "blocked" during my last web conference.  I took off the little square clear cover and there is a really small piece of broken plastic there.  I have no idea what is for or where it came from.  I removed it and it is now working fine.Lens

    we have more than 100 5290 2in1 and more and more user complain about this issue.

    If there really is some software-fix, I'd really like to know about this!

    Due to Corona, users are working from home and need their cams. At the same time, this makes it really hard to send technicians to everyone's home to replace damaged hardware!

    Have you tried squeezing the glass and display as per the link below? Just worked for one of my 7200 users.

    I am having the same issue but I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series.  I have done all the driver updates and window updates.  I also tried squeezing the camera.  Please help.  I cannot send my computer off for a 1 week repair timeline...

    @CourtneyLaas

    Then you have no choice. Buy a Logitech webcam.
