Hi there, I got a Inspiron 15 5000 (series) - 5559 laptop. 

After I started it, the laptop went into a screen with following information and beeping.

Service Tag:

Error Code : 2000-0142

Validation : 129380

Hard Drive 0 - S/N 46GPT799T, short self test unsuccessfully.

Any one can help me this problem and advice how to fix it? Thanks a million.
