I am trying to return the new laptop as there too many little issues.

1. Bluetooth mouse lagging and no solution from support
2. Headphone does not work and need to send in for repair Before send back for return.

I would like to perform a secure SSD erase. But I could not found a proper tools for the OEM part (KBG40ZNS) from KIOXIA.

Anyone have experience for return Dell laptop ?
