i have been trying for the paat 2 days my sister gave me her old labtop and she give it to me like this ive done every possible idea somebody help before i break it

I assume you mean a TPM device. The 3501 does not have a TPM hardware device. Instead access the BIOS, F2 at boot, and make sure that Intel PTT is enabled. Are you trying to install Windows 11? If so make sure PTT is enabled and that Secure Boot is enabled. You also must have AHCI and UEFI enabled. All those settings are in the BIOS.
