Yes, I'm still trying to get my new-to-me E6430 with the finger-swipe Dell Control Vault software to play my music through my UE Boom 2 speaker without having to run a 10 foot cord across the floor for people to trip on.

The device description says it "doesn't appear as a bluetooth device", but as an aux audio device, so I presume it doesn't  receive bluetooth, so by no stretch of the imagination should it be a sneaky, bluetooth hacker vector, right?

Those of you who know more about bluetooth than I do, what do you think?? Worth a try?

I like being able to sign in with my fingerprint, but I want to play my music through something that sounds a bit better than 3/4" speakers. I expect that with all of these older E6430s flooding the market of late that other folks would like a work-around, too.
