Dell Latitude E6410 problems

Okay, so bad news: my Dell Latitude E6410 won't start up at the moment. Apparently, it crashes on the "loading Windows" screen and the battery icon keeps flashing orange, even when I have it charged. AND it was working as normal when I used it this morning. It probably might be the battery that may be the problem, but I'm not too entirely sure. What should I do to get the problem resolved? Thank you for taking the time to read this.

A flashing amber light means the battery needs to be replaced. The diagnostic codes for the E series can be found here.

Well, that's one problem down, but as for the crashing at start-up, it may be a hard drive fault, but the hard drive itself still runs, and I wish to transfer all of my data from that hard drive onto a new hard drive. What should I do at this point?

Welcome to the Dell Community @Kyleboy21

As you probable know your HDD is easy to remove.

Just 2 screws on the bottom and slide the drive out.

Then connect it to a USB to SATA adapter like this.

You can now connect it to any computer and try to save any files you can.

    Best regards,
