I bought a used e7470 with win 10 pro, and as soon as i would login to windows, it would begin shutdown.  This would happen anywhere from immediatly to 20 seconds after login.

1. I wiped the OS from the BIOS

2. I updated the bios with the flash feature

3. I ran all diagnostics - the system passed

4. I tried to use the dell os recovery support tool to download a new os image but the tool would not complete

5. I used the microsoft tool to make a win 10 install media.

6. I installed windows.

7. The laptop boots to windows, but after login, it shutsdown again.

What can i try
