Hi team,
My laptop will not present my screen on start-up! The small battery light on top left-hand side is flashing - white!
On turning the power off, the laptop automatically starts again. Please, do I have a battery failure or is it possibly a virus issue?
I appreciate any advice.

Disconnect the "AC" adapter.
Remove the "Main" battery.
Hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Connect AC and test.
If there is no change then try this.
Disconnect the "AC" adapter.
Remove the "Main" battery.
Remove the "Base Cover"
Disconnect the CMOS/Coin-Cell battery.
Connect the AC and power-on for just a few seconds.
Disconnect the AC.
Reassemble and test.
