Hi - 

Recently got my XPS and am having a problem using an external monitor.  The Monitor is a Samsung 24" that I had been using with my HP Envy/Xubuntu 12.10 without any issues for a while now.  Ubuntu seems to identify the monitor just fine but I can not get the display to come up at all either cloning the display or trying it alone.

I'm using a mini display port -> HDMI adaptor if that would matter at all....

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

 - love the hardware of the Sputnik - though I would love the same layout expanded to a 17" version even more.
