I purchased a refurb 9343 XPS 13 Windows machine yesterday with the intent to install Ubuntu  in place of Windows.  I've just noticed all the reported problems.  I was thinking it would work since there is an Ubuntu version for sale.  Should I just return the machine or should I expect to be able to install Ubuntu now without incident?
