Whilst I was playing a game earlier today my alienware decided to go to an all white screen leaving it unresponsive, I have tried to reboot it several times but it always ends up with the all green screen rendering it unresponsive. I have tried a factory reset but that left it unresponsive as well. I am confused as to what to do now please help.
