This may very well be a malware or virus issue.  I just recently cleaned off the system tools virus using Malwarebytes.  However, what leads me to believe that it is not is that the system was running fine until I ran the latest Windows update.  Upon first running the update, the update failed, however another update from the optional updates list installed successfully, and I restarted my system thinking that would help with whatever was causing the windows update to fail. 

After rebooting, I got a bluescreen, then system shutdown. I restarted the system.  It started fine, but after logging in several small dialog error boxes that included various command center file names with the phrase "Bad Image" after them poppped up.  You cannot close these windows.  Hitting OK or stopping the process in task manager just closes the window and causes another one to popup.  It will cycle through three different files names all with "Bad Image" after them.  I rebooted again fine, but the error messages kept coming. 

I then retried the Windows update, which failed again.  I then opened the update troubleshooter and fixed whatever problem caused it to fail. I then reran the windows update and rebooted.  WIndows update installed fine, but the Bad Image errors kept coming up.  Further, it seems I can't open Command Center at all now.

I ran full scans using Malwarebytes and an updated version of McAfee, but I found no viruses.  System performance is also down.  It's an Aurora, but I don't have version info here at office.  Will post later.  Would appreciate any feedback or guidance.  I ordered Dell service call, but they have not gotten in touch with me yet.
