Never having cloned  a Hard Drive, a few questions.
My computer is a Dell GX620. The current HDD is a SATA 80 gb. It is shown as Drive 0 in BIOS.
I want to install a 160 gb SATA HD and clone the 80 gb contents (about 30 gb) onto the 160 gb drive.
I am aware to set things up in the BIOS to turn on the SATA port to have it recognize the new hard drive.

Is there a particular order as to which HD goes first and second on the power cable?
Will the 80gb hd still remain as the primary even after the cloning?
 I assume I need a clone program  pre-installed to do this?
