i had the same problem i got my daughter the 2320 for christmas it was blinking solid colors out of the box they sent out a tech he put in a used mother board same problem so i ask for a refund and they offered me 40$ to take a replacement at that point i just wanted my money back so they said since i wont take a replacement it will take 30 days to get my money back beware of dell they dont like to refund your money jan 11 til jan 16 still have not received my refund !!!!!!!:emotion-39:
