They look to be the same form factor and they seem to share the same front panel connector (very important, as these models use proprietary case wiring).
My guess is that they are interchangeable. However, the CPUs use different cooling solutions, so make sure you have the 760 heatsink and fan if you try this.

Hi Kreetz,
These are different chipsets (Intel vs NVidia), so it's very unlikely you'll make it fit.
