I am posting this question on the video forum because I want to know
if upgrading my integrated video card will help bring down my cpu usage.

My System

Dimension 4500
pentium 4 1.8ghz
768 mg ram
Nvidia geforce 4 mx 420 (integrated)

My kids and i play an online game and when the game is up, my CPU usage
stays at 63%-100% constantly. In task manager is shows that FireFox
is using 55-80% of the cpu usage, comodo firewall the only other
significant program.

I read on my online games forum that JAVA is a CPU hog, but necessary to the
game(i am assuming that last bit).

Would upgrading my Video Card help bring my cpu usage while gaming back to normal?

also, while researching video cards i understand for my computer I need an
AGP card and the geforce 6600 is the one recommended the most so far for my
system on this forum. Is this my best choice? (not really wanting to spend a lot)
