I just wanted to post Dell has the worst customer service ever.  I have ordered 2 ink cartridges online -since it is the only way you can get them- for a project I need to get printed during the weekend, paid the very expensive overnight delivery on Wednesday, it is Friday late in the afternoon and nothing has been delivered yet.  Honestly what is more dissapointing than anything else is the fact when an issue like this arises you can not get a hold of anyone on the phone, especially when Dell has the nerve to advertise such wonderful phone support on TV ads.  This will be the last time I ever buy a Dell product and I will tell all of my friends about this very unpleasant experience.
