I Can't get my computer to power up.  I walked into the room and the lights on the keyboard kept flashing & I would hear the fan try to start and the Dell would show on the screen then it would turn off.  If I left the power on it would do that off & on.

 

I looked inside, made sure everything was connected.  I see the light on the mother board, but now when I push the start button I get nothing.

 

If the fan is dying will that keep it from powering on?
