I recently bought a HPDVD740 DVD RW. When I load a cd I can hear the audio fine. But when I try to play a dvd, I can only see the video. I can't hear the audio. I took the device back to the place I got it from and asked them to try it on their computer. It worked fine both audio and video. I need help on this one!
