Does anybody know where I can get a Foxconn S-ATA Data Cable in the UK from an online store or otherwise for my Dell Dimension 8400? It's the blue coloured 45cm (18") right angled type i'm after.

I notice my system and also XPS 700's use this particular cable but after speaking to Dells inferior overseas Customer Service and Parts I still cant get one.

First Call to Dell Customer Service: This call should of taken 5 minutes but lasted over 20 minutes. I had to repeat my service tag 8 times would you beleave becuase the operator could'nt understand clear speaking english, and then gave me a number to some third party company that did'nt stock them.

Second Call to Dell Parts: Same again, he could understand me but I could'nt understand him anouncing he does'nt know who makes the S-ATA Data Cables he has only that there "compatable". Also that apparently Foxconn doesnt supply Dell with S-ATA Data Cables anymore but when asked who does he "does'nt know".

Sack them all and bring back proper customer service I say!

This is beyond a joke. Does anyone know where to get one from? :)
