I have a user with a Precision M70 laptop.  When he hits function f8 to display video on an LCD projector, something (windows or laptop) starts acting a little crazy.  PowerPoint presentations will start beeping and go back to the home slide.  If he is in something like Word or Excel, the application will start to zoom in to 400% or the highest it will go.  Only way to correct it is to reboot.  I have upgraded the video driver thinking it was a driver issue with no luck.  I have reinstalled the notebook system tools, no luck.  I have hit the function f8 with no projector plugged in and it still does it.  Has anybody seen this and know a fix.  Thought I would try here before calling support.
