I'm seeing a pattern developing and what I first thought was just an isolated software incedent has seemed to turned in to a common problem. It seems that Every program that I have (4 different ones all differnt brands) that uses an AVI or MOV intro when the program starts either gets an error and have to close the program or will not play the intro and gives me just a black screen or window. Examples are
HP CDwriter installation software: You insert the cd and click on the "watch installation video" you get "script error cannot divide by zero"
Davidson Mathblaster and Lesuresuit larry casino. Will not play video intro to game. just gives you a blank black screen or window.
"Emergency firefighters for life: Error will not open topware AVI file. Error 296 (something like that)
I've given up on trying to figure it out. You can go in manually and click on the file itself and Media player will open play the intros but other wise they wont play
I need Help.
