I run the game Nascar 4 in a window. While doing this I moved the window to the side to acsess another file. When I did this I got and error in Explorer and Explorer shut down.I closed the game and restarted the Computer.When I returned the game would open to the first screen and then freeze. Several other games are doing the same along with System Restore. System Restore opens to a blank screen and then freezes the computer even though it is checked in the system configuration utility. I think that some files may have been deleted or corrupted in Windows ME.Can I do a selective restore with the ME cd that came with the system and replace the files without doing a reformat if so which files and how do I do it?
