Our printer (Epson 890) is no longer sensed by our XPS gen 2. We have the printer connected by firewire, and it was printing, then suddenly stopped. WE also can not turn the printer off by pressing the off button (only by removing the power cord).

I think I am also having video card problems since I must turn the power on and off on the computer many times before I can boot up (I get the messagethat my power extension cable is not connected to my Radeon 9800 video card).

Can these problems be related?
