the usb ports not working cant use my mouse or keybord to get into the computer. the screen says its on power safe mode press keypad or mouse to continue. I tryed all ports lite don't come on ... tryed cordless keypad and mouse in usb ports not working and I also tryed useing the round colored cords lights go on for wireless but there are not conecting.. shut down and started over with the cables in and then cables out .. the keypads work on other computers .....
