I have an Inspiron 5150. Whenever I turn it on, it tries to turn itself on for about 3 seconds then it shuts off. I have to keep repeating this until it actually stays on. It usually works on the 2nd try. However, sometimes it takes up to 5 or 6.

Yes, I have sprayed air into all the holes and it is dust free.

What can I do to fix this?
