how can i get my inspiron to start automatically after ac power failure? my country is suffering a huge crisis of power so its quite frequent..... my startup is set to start downloads automatically.... since that "restore on ac power failure is unavailable in bios, my downlaods are left the same after weeks. My battery is 3 years old....it only supports upto about 10 minutes...is there any way to turn it on automatically? (the restore thingy was in my dektop bios.. but it isn't here ... i have even updated my bios to A17 )

Any ideas?
