Greetings

 

My new oem dell battery 85whr for my e1505 notebook arrived today.  After I fully recharged the battery, my battery power meter stated it reached 90% when I unplugged it, it also stated 3:51 hours.  Is this normal? Do new batteries ever get fully recharged at 100% ?  I was told this dell battery, which is an original dell battery made in japan, should last somewhere between 4.5 to 6 hours, but I'm getting only 3:51 hours? 

 

I'd appreciate some thoughts.  Thanks!
