Hello to those of you with more experience with processors than I have,

I want to buy a new notebook, but get hung up on the processors. I do online stock trading and use TradeStation. The tech fellow there advised me to stick with Pentium 4's rather than Pentium M's. Is there anyone out there using TradeStation who could advise me?

Also, I like the 8600 but it only comes with Pentium M.

9100 looks too bulky and heavy to lug around.

I am also looking at a Sony VAIO PK 27, with 3.06 GHz Pentium 4.

Any advice would be most welcome. Wish there was one that had all I want without costing $2600 before I'm done.
