I am living in Turkey,

Yesterday  a gentilman from Dell, has called me from Greece.

Told me that they will help me solving my laptop's problem.

Today a technician visited my home and saw my laptop,

they  told me  may be ten days later the problem will be solved.

 I am very  thankfull for their kind interest on my subject.
