docking station

Hi everyone.  I own a laptop--Inspiron 1501--and I would like to buy a docking station with an s-video output port.  I asked a sales tech and we lose connection.  Any help will be appreciated.  The Inspiron 1501 has the operating system of windows vista home basic.  maryhigginsrice

You're not going to find one - there are no docking stations for this model.  The only current Dells with dock options are the Latitudes.

No, there are no extenal video cards for this model.  You CAN buy an RF converter box to do the job with this model, as well:

Hi ejn63.  Do they sell external video cards with s-video out ports for the Inspiron 1501.

They do, but they will not work with this model -  you need the RF converter.
