Can you give help on XP? Cause my comp runs on XP..

The obvious question would be to inquire as to whether you have installed Service Pack 1 for Windows XP, as well as all other Critical Updates.  It might also help to know whether you have GoBack installed, as the presence of that seems to result in a similar error under XP.

Educate yourself on the technology you are using and trusting.  For starters, go to Start - Run, and type winver, then press Enter.  See which version of Windows is installed.  There should be some reference to Service Pack 1 in there, if it's installed.  Get a book on Windows XP  ("Windows XP Inside Out," Bott/Siechert - Microsoft Press would be a good starting point).  Go to http://www.microsoft.com/security and study the information there.  In Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Windows Update, and see which Critical Updates you need to install.  Get all of them.  Verify that you have a properly functioning Anti Virus application, and see that it is updated regularly.  Make sure your Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall is enabled.  (See "Internet Connection Firewall" in your onboard Help and Support guide for details.)  It's not enough to just take the thing out of the box and run with it, any more than it's enough to just jump in a car and drive it, without knowing where or what the gas gauge or brake pedal is.

I would do that if I could, but my computer will automatically pop up with the blue screen when I click on start or when I click anywhere. I can't run programs.... I can't run safe mode....

It would help to know which specific system model you're referring to, but if things are that bad, you may have to consider formatting the drive and reinstalling Windows from scratch.  Use the Solutions tab above and select Reinstall Guides for instructions on how to do this properly.
