I have a problem with my e1705, the fan doesn't turn on.  I have done some surfing and I saw that other people have had problems with the fan not turning on and a bios flash fixed it right up.  Right now I have ram and a video card in it but no hard drive.  Is there any way to flash the bios from the usb or is there any way to flash it without a hard drive installed?
