I'm running Windows 7 on an Inspiron 1525,

The flash card reader reads an SD card when I first insert it   If I remove the card and replace it, the card is no longer recognized

I get this error message in Device Manager:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

I have to reboot the computer to get the reader to work again.

I have tried deleting the driver and letting Windows reistall it; it didn't help
