Installing Windows 7 64bit on a Latitude e6320
I have just taken delivery of the latitude e6320 from the dell outlet. This came with 32bit install of windows 7. I decided I would upgrade the machine to a 64 bit OS. I booted the laptop from DVD and went about installing a fresh copy of windows 7 pro 64bit. All goes well until I need to reboot to finish the installation, upon rebooting a windows dialogue box informs me that windows cannot not configure the setup and i must restart the installation. I have tried restarting multiple times all with the same result.
Can anyone help?

I have previously upgraded another computer in the same way. The installation goes fine until the reboot of windows is required to complete this install. At this point windows informs me it cannot set up the computer with this hardware. I know this to be false as Dell ships the e6420 with x64 as an option.
