Hello, just a quick question here...

What is the best/safest to dust and clean a laptop screen.  Someone recommended a lint free paper towel but had no idea on a cleaning solution.  I heard to never use a product like windex.  Anyone have any advice/suggestions?   I have an Inspiron 9100 but I don't think that matters much for this question.
