I have a new Latitude E6400 with a built-in webcam. I have found the Dell Webcam Central Software, and I am able to see myself on the screen with it.  But the Dell website says there are Special Effects that can be added to the videos, while one is filming them (or after?).  Where is the software for these Special Effects?
