OK, I got my XPS laptop a few months ago and have encountered a problem.  I generally use the laptop off and on all day, and I have it set to hibernate upon close.  Well, at least once a day when I open my laptop and try to get on the web, everything freezes.  I can click on the address bar, but cannot type.  I must control/alt/delete and end the program then completely restart my computer.  I'd say there is about a 25% chance of this happening after resuming from hibernation.

How can I fix this problem?  I've downloaded the latest firmware and have encountered the issue on IE, FF, and GC.
