Just wondering what the policy is on this..I have a dead pixel on the right in the middle of the screen.

i've heard of people getting replacements for 1 dead pixel, so I think you're OK. Just start the return process and get it done. Keep in mind if you're past 21 days you'll be getting a 'refurb', but chances are it'll be in new condition.
