You cannot expect the monitors to come out of the factory totally equal. You need to tweak the settings to match them up.

Check the RGB presets in the service menu. I don't know what they base these values on but every unit has different values and they seem pretty random. One unit I got had great settings but the second one I got had too much green.

Can you guys give me some good values to set my monitors at? Color and brightness wise?

I have the 2407 WFP A03 at home. I will post all of my settings tonite.

thanks a lot....but I heard that the a04 settings are considerably different from the a03? Is there a color utility program or something I can use?

It's kinda pointless asking for other peoples setting as everyone's monitor will be in different light conditions / different parts of the world / different quality of light.

Your best bet is to span a good quality colour image over the two monitors and adjust one of them to match the other ( which ever one is correct ).

The best program I can recommend is.....none!

Use your eyes and the RGB settings - If you need more contrast / gamma, your graphics card should provide you with the appropriate settings.

When I clone my two AO3's I have to set it a couple of times in the advanced settings of the video card settings before the brightness will even out or match with both set to the same brightness in the OSD. Don't know why it does it, but it does it every time. I have an nVidia 6800XT; it also did it on my nVidia TI4600. My OSD color settings vary for what I'm using them for at the time.
