Have a 2006 Dell E177FP monitor that is dead, caps on power supply show no bulges or leaking. Any Ideas? Does anyone have a trouble shooting guide or a schematic for this monitor.

Dell does not have the schematics nor do we offer any monitor repair documentation. You might check with this group. Replacement board.
